Every company will have a crisis at some point, being able to have someone on board to help create a crisis communication plan is crucial. Getting ahead of the problem and pre determining stakeholders can help you avoid potential disasters’s and issues.
I have had two years of experience with social media running accounts and marketing for them. This year in particular I have had the opportunity to run three accounts simultaneously with each account having a facebook, twitter and instagram. Social media is constantly changing and as a digital marketer you must stay ahead of trends and understand the algorithms. Another important key factor is being creative and not being afraid to take those ideas in your head and turn them into reality.
